Outstanding work on both helping me buy a new home and then selling the old home.Expert guidance on the process as well as knowledge of the local market.Robert maximized the sale price of the old home by proactively getting the home professionally staged, professional photos and videos taken as well as perfect timing on marketing of when the property became available to buyers.Took less than 48 hours from initial listing to have several outstanding offers on the table.
